Elastomeric Coatings are an ideal product for roofs that do have some decent slope to them. Most metal roofs are ideal candidates for an Elastomeric Coating versus costly replacement. This is applied in a two-coat process. The material expands and contracts up to 250% to allow for weather variations. Also, the reflective nature of the material helps save on utilities! You can expect an approximate 10-year life expectancy when properly applied.

Silicone Coatings are ideal for flat roofs. It can be applied over almost any surface material and is 100% waterproof! While the material is three times the price of Elastomeric, it goes on in a one-coat process saving you on labor cost. Silicone also has a reflective nature saving you on utilities as well. You can expect an approximate 20-year life expectancy when properly applied.
